We are here to serve you. There are many reasons besides cough and fever you may still need to see a doctor.
Last week I treated patients with severe abdominal infections where it was absolutely necessary.
We are seeing both patients in person if absolutely necessary or via telehealth.
Your safety is of utmost importance to us.
We are self monitoring our symptoms as well as checking our temp before work and right before we return from lunch.
We are practicing social distancing and wearing a mask if we are in six feet of another staff member.
1- I have asked my staff to keep an empty waiting room.
2- When you arrive to the office we ask you to wait in your car and we will call you when there is an empty exam room which has been sanitized with bleach.
3- We will not ask you to wait in the waiting room.
4- Once you have been checked in the staff will check your vitals after washing hands and using a mask.
5- After the doctor has seen you the check out process is the same.
6- There is no one in our waiting room at the time of check out but you.
7- Our lab is still open and offering full services. Your lab appointment will be treated the same way as your office appointment.
8- We are currently not seeing patients with upper or lower respiratory tract symptoms or fever. I am personally speaking with these patients via telehealth.
Most of the signs and symptoms can be managed over the phone and with over the counter medicines. I will give antibiotics when appropriate.
My staff and I are here to meet all of you, your family or friend’s health care needs.
