Public universities today cost on average $24,000 a year, or $12,000 a semester. Following OptimumEd’s guidance in finding the best-fit college and the most appropriate course of study, the student saves one semester in cost, that’s a savings of $12,000. Our total fee is $3,145. You invest $3,000, save $12,000, netting $9,000. That represents a 300% return on your investment in our service.
Taking easier courses for better grades in high school is not recommended. Colleges and Universities would much rather see you challenging yourself in AP or honors programs throughout your high school learning.

The Lure of the Ivy Leagues Remains Strong For the 2021-2022 school year, the number of applications to the Ivy Leagues increased significantly. This in the face of lower acceptance rates, fueled in part by previously accepted students deferring to get past the COVID 19 restrictions. The lure of the prestigious school is still alive and well. Prestige is their calling card, and everything they do is about furthering that label in the educational community. When we look at how the Ivy Leagues and other very selective schools decide who to admit, we need to keep in mind their purpose and their low acceptance rate.
