Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires four to six additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training after college and dental school. As oral and maxilofacial surgeons, we manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, jaws, and facial region. Drs. Hughes and Bays practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including cosmetic facial surgery, corrective jaw surgery, and the surgical removal of teeth. We can also treat facial injuries and perform a full range of oral reconstruction and dental implant procedures.
Depending upon the surgical procedure and the patient’s comfort level, Dr. Hughes and Dr. Bays will recommend a variety of options to make patients comfortable before, during, and after surgery. We provide sophisticated, safe, and effective anesthesia services through intravenous anesthesia. Our staff is trained in assisting with I.V. anesthesia in our state of the art office setting. We also offer other lighter forms of anesthesia.
We want you to know that all of us are committed to meeting your expectations. We take our service to you very seriously and intend to provide the highest quality of care. It is our mission to provide excellent oral and maxillofacial surgery care in a compassionate, caring, and cost effective manner.
