Celebrating the rainbow after a storm. ⛅️
Pregnancy after a miscarriage is something unparalleled in both its joy and its anxiety. A #RainbowBaby🌈 is a baby that is born after a loss from miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal loss. Many Rainbow Baby parents celebrate the joy of a successful pregnancy after a previous loss, seeing their baby as a bright spot after the storm.
Rainbow Babies represent love, hope, & new beginnings. We send love & strength to anyone out there who has overcome their storm, has journeyed through loss, or currently experiencing it.
Our patient portal offers an easy way to get in touch with your provider, make payments, or send a nurse a question.
You can manage your health from the comfort of your home.

75% of menopausal women experience hot flashes. Hot flashes and heart rate acceleration are the result of the low production of estrogen during menopause.
These are some lifestyle changes to consider to improve hot flashes:
1) Dress in layers, which can be removed at the start of a hot flash.
2) Carry a portable fan to use when a hot flash strikes.
3) Avoid alcohol, spicy foods, and caffeine.
4) If you smoke, it may be time to quit.
5) Try to maintain a healthy weight.
6) Try mind-body practices like yoga of other mindful techniques (yoga, meditation, tai chi).
If lifestyle changes aren’t enough to improve your symptoms, consult with your provider about managing hot flashes with medication/treatments.

HPV is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections. Most HPV infections are harmless and go away on their own.
An HPV test detects the presence of the human papillomavirus. Like a Pap test, an HPV test is done on a sample of cells collected from the cervix.
An HPV test is done to:
-- Women older than age 30 as part of screening for abnormal cervical cells.
-- Women who had a Pap test that showed abnormal cervical cells.
-- To check for abnormal cervical cells after treatment of a precancerous changes of the cervix.
The results of this test can help doctors decide if further tests or treatments are needed just for you. Ask your provider if you have any further questions or concerns, 949-829-5533.
