Yes! We Are Open!
While we are committed to continuing to provide the quality veterinary care our staff and clients expect, we are taking some simple precautions to protect the safety of our veterinarians, our staff and the public.
-When possible, only one person should bring the pet to the appointment. Only one person will be allowed into the exam room.
- Please keep the recommended safe social distance of 6 feet from our staff and from other clients. While our staff is wearing masks, every little bit helps.
- Upon arrival, you will be escorted into an exam room by a receptionist. The veterinarian’s technician will come and get a history and vitals, and then take your pet into our treatment room for the exam by the veterinarian.
- Currently, some of our veterinarians are still talking to clients in the room, but this can change rapidly based on recommendations from health authorities. The technician will let you know if the veterinarian will come into the room or not at the time of the appointment.
- If you would like, we still offer drop off appointments. Please make sure you have your cell phone handy so the veterinarian can talk with you after the exam.
- No matter your preferred appointment method, at check out, you can be invoiced and checked out while remaining in the exam room or directly at the front desk. Please do not get any closer than the black box on the floor for the safety of our receptionists.
We understand that everyone is worried and stressed and that an unexpected veterinary visit adds to that. We are still here for you and your pet. We also have an online pharmacy for our clients who would prefer to have your pet’s medication mailed to. We can also have prescription diets shipped to your home as well. Visit our website and click the “Shop Online Pharmacy” button!
Please stay safe and healthy!

CONGRATULATIONS HAYLEY!!! Even though we will miss her, we are so excited to share the exciting news! Dr. Gordon's technician Hayley has been accepted into Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine! One step closer to her goal of becoming a veterinarian.
We are always excited and proud of our staff as they reach and achieve their educational goals and are proud to be the starting place of so many successful veterinarians and technicians. We look forward to the day when Dr. Hayley is back in Arizona as a practicing veterinarian.
Tomorrow, April 9th, we will be upgrading our computer server. While this is a time consuming process, it will allow us to better serve our clients and patients. During this upgrade please be patient as our ability to provide estimates and prescriptions will be delayed. We hope to be back up and running at full speed by noon, but as with all technology, delays cannot be foreseen.
