If you are still working/getting paid to work from home, please consider continuing to pay folks in your life from whom you are now distancing yourselves: housekeepers, nannies, gardeners, pool guys, piano teachers, pet sitters etc.
They can't work from home. The government is taking way too long to figure out how to follow through on their promises. Meanwhile rent and utilities and car payments are due.
You won't miss the money: you'd spend it every month on their services anyway. Help them stay afloat in this economy until the viral contagion is wrestled under control.
So if big companies get bailouts and individuals and families receive one-time checks, what might be done for small businesses?
