My practice was established in 1996. As a family psychologist, I believe that problems impact more than one person and as such they can be solved faster when working with the family when possible. I specialize in multi generational approach to solving behavioral, health, or mental health problems. Over the years I realized that the best way to help children is to coach parents and help them improve how they manage emotions and communication with each other and with children. Parents can also advocate to reduce mistreatment at schools and elsewhere. Childhood trauma and losses often impact adult relationships at home and at work. In my practice I help patients to reduce the impact of childhood trauma on their lives as adults.
