The safety of patients, staff and our community has been and continues to be the top priority for dentists. We have been working diligently to provide safe emergency dental care during the COVID-19 crisis in order to prevent dental emergency room visits.
Now we are ready to see our patients again! 🎉
While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.
For example:
❓Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You'll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
📞Please call or text to check in when you arrive for your appointment. And we kindly ask you to wait in your car until the doctor is ready to see you.
😷All patients will be required to wear a mask upon entering the office. With the exception of minors under a certain age, no guests may accompany patients at this time. Once inside, you will notice that we no longer have seating in the reception area of our office.
🕑Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This may mean that you're offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
