The Supreme Court of Kentucky has issued this new Order expanding Court services effective June 1st. It likewise details the safety precautions that will be put in place to ensure the safety and health of the public and Court employees. Please contact your attorney with any questions.
On May 11th, Osborne Fletcher will be reopening its doors and observing all guidelines detailed by Gov. Andy Beshear. We will be operating at 50% and, as such, will be alternating the time and days each attorney spends in the office. Please communicate directly with your attorney about her schedule. To the extent possible, we will still be utilizing teleconferencing and Zoom/Skype. If an in-person meeting is required, any individual entering our office will be required to wear a mask, have his or her temperature checked upon arrival, and should observe social distancing while in our office. UPDATE: The Supreme Court of Kentucky has extended its Order suspending certain Court activity through April 24th. This continues to mean that, for the most part, we will be unable to litigate during this time. However, domestic violence, as well as certain dependency, neglect and abuse matters are still being heard at this time.
