Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Qualifications
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
Able to meet all scheduling commitments

Oscar's will reopen tomorrow (Friday). We've spent the week testing all of our staff and deep cleaning and disinfecting the restaurant. Thank you to everyone for being patient with us this week, but we felt it necessary to close until we could test everyone.
We had planned to have our Thanksgiving Burger all week this past week, but circumstances prevented it. Though you are likely turkey'd out, we will still have it tomorrow and through the weekend.

The weekend has arrived. To celebrate we are going to roll out a new burger. Introducing the C.O.C Burger. Our fresh patty topped with pimento cheese, bacon jam and fried green tomatoes.

Here we go again! Construction has started on our new outdoor dining area. The new area will be much larger than our existing outdoor area and be an amazing outdoor space in the warm weather months. We are building it to be heated so that everyone can enjoy it in the winter months as well.
From the day we opened our doors at the old 1100 square foot location, we've never stopped reinvesting in Oscar's so that we can create the best possible experience for you. That's not changing. We refuse to let Covid stop progress.

It’s time for another new burger. This one is extremely special to us. Our good friend and customer Barry Smith, bassist for the band 4 OHM MONO has been begging me forever to do our version of the “Big Mick” burger from the movie Coming To America. We had it on the list but it was way down on it.
If you’ve met Barry, you know that he’s one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. If you’ve ever been to Route 60 Music, you’ve seen his smiling face.
Barry has recently started treatment for prostate cancer. It’s gonna be a fight, but one that we know that he will win.
In Barry’s honor, we are rolling out the 4 OHM Burger. It’s our take on the Big Mick.
2 patty’s, cheese, chopped onion, pickles, chopped lettuce and special sauce (okay it’s 1000 Island dressing).

TEMPORARILY CLOSED: We regret to announce we will be closed temporarily due to a possible employee Covid-19 exposure. Though we exceed the recommended guidelines by constantly cleaning and disinfecting, out of an abundance of caution, we are waiting to receive a clean bill of health for all of our employees before we will reopen. Though we are not required to close, we have chosen to do so in order to ensure everyone's safety. When we do reopen we will continue practicing safety protocols that meet or exceed national, state and local health standards. Please stay tuned, we will reopen as soon as we feel that we can safely do so.
It’s time for another new burger. This one is extremely special to us. Our good friend and customer Barry Smith, bassist for the band 4 OHM MONO has been begging me forever to do our version of the “Big Mick” burger from the movie Coming To America. We had it on the list but it was way down on it.
If you’ve met Barry, you know that he’s one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. If you’ve ever been to Route 60 Music, you’ve seen his smiling face.
Barry has recently started treatment for prostate cancer. It’s gonna be a fight, but one that we know that he will win.
In Barry’s honor, we are rolling out the 4 OHM Burger. It’s our take on the Big Mick.
2 patty’s, cheese, chopped onion, pickles, chopped lettuce and special sauce (okay it’s 1000 Island dressing).
A portion of every 4 OHM Burger sold will go to Barry and his family during this difficult time.

Today is Fat Tuesday. Every Fat Tuesday we do our Mardi Gras Po Boy Burger, known as the "Crowbar" Burger and Gumbo. Today we couldn't open, so we couldn't do it. We only do these items one day a year, but since we couldn't open today, we will sell them starting tomorrow and run them until it's all gone.
The Crowbar Burger is a our fresh Angus patty topped with beer battered shrimp, chipotle mayo, Cajun spices and lettuce. Both the burger and Gumbo are customer favorites.
We will be open normal hours tomorrow.

1. IL Badalisc: Delle Venezie D.O.C Pinot Grigio
1. With a tart apple aroma with a hint of sweet honey and peach, this Pinot Grigio is a fresh but fruity explosion for the palette.
2. Chasing Lions: 2017 Chardonnay
1. A blend of the same variety from two locations: The Chardonnay found in Monterey has flavors of melon, citrus fruit, apples and a slight bit of tropical fruit and the juice from Lodi lends the crisp, refreshing acidity.
3. Sierra Cantabria: Rosado 2018
1. Nose of red berries, aniseed light notes and nuances of fresh fruit, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, pomegranate. On palate it is fresh, fragrant, well balanced, wrapped by the fruit and acidity with memories of pomegranate, watermelon, etc. Intense, persistent, leaving a lively length.
4. Baci Dolci: Blonde
1. Slightly sparkling Moscato with aromas of peach, orange blossoms and banana with floral notes. Medium sweet with peach and tropical fruit flavors, fresh acidity and smooth, tiny bubbles.
5. Baci Dolci: Sweet Kiss (Sweet Red)
1. Slightly sparkling blend of Marzemino and Merlot, with an intense, ruby red color. Fresh strawberry & black cherry aromas with hints of roses. Cherry pie flavors, medium-full bodied with refreshing sparkle to balance the semi-sweet finish.
6. El Viejo del Valle: Pinot Nior
1. An exciting find from the depths of Chile. Deliciously long, bright, textural Pinot from cold, stony vineyards deep in the Central Valley's old glacial riverbeds. Summer fruits of red currant, raspberry and wild strawberries on the nose follow through to a juicy palate. A touch of oak adds a spicy complexity.
7. Chartron La Fleur: Bordeaux Merlot-Cabernet
1. The colour is ruby and limpid. The nose is fruity and fresh. In the mouth, it is velvety and round, with a good balance between tannins and acidity
