Police believe that the driver who caused the crash that claimed the life of David Rivera may have been impaired. That individual was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.

The driver of the vehicle that hit Mr. Bennett fled the scene and Phoenix Police is encouraging anybody with information regarding the accident to come forward.
