Have questions about your stimulus check? We can help.
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021, which provides additional relief to consumers and businesses impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, has been signed into law. Like the CARES Act passed in the spring of 2020, this legislation will provide direct payments to many Americans.
Although the specific timing of the direct payments has not yet been finalized, it is possible that some payments may be received as early as next week and may begin showing as “pending” in your account as early as today. We will provide updates at https://www.oucreditunion.org as more information becomes available.
We anticipate a higher-than-normal call and emessage/chat volume over the next several days. The increase could result in longer wait or response times. We appreciate your patience.

Just a reminder: We have relocated our Clarkston Branch from Ortonville Road to 6051 Sashabaw Road. Stop by and see us at our new location! You'll recognize all of the same friendly faces, so stop in today.
We look forward to seeing you soon at 6051 Sashabaw Rd., Clarkston, MI 48346: https://goo.gl/maps/rfxHuopqRxvPwZjt9
If you haven’t yet received your latest stimulus payment, it’s likely because of one of these reasons, according to the IRS:
• You didn’t file a 2018 or 2019 tax return.
• Your recently filed tax return has not yet been fully processed.
If your stimulus eligibility appears to have changed from the prior round of payments in the spring, it could be due to your most recent tax filing. The latest stimulus payments are based on 2019 tax returns.
You can find out more, and check the status of your stimulus payment, at the IRS’ website: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment-frequently-asked-questions
We have finished processing the stimulus payments received from the federal government. If you haven't yet received yours, we recommend that you use the IRS' online tool to check the status of your stimulus payment: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
Set up eAlerts to be notified when your stimulus payment is available in your OU Credit Union account. Here's how: https://www.oucreditunion.org/accountaccess#ealerts
