From everyone at PAC Group LLC, we wish you and your Families a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 🎄🎅🕎
Through PAC Group’s 24-year history, we have completed many TI fitouts throughout the city of Hartford. Recently, PAC was hired by CapSpecialty, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and Marcum LLP as the General Contractor for their new offices in the City Place Tower 1 building in Hartford. These projects presented PAC with the unique challenge of managing three different projects, for three separate clients and two different architects and design teams. Each renovation, carried their own project scope with specific challenges that presented themselves throughout the project.
These flash-track projects required fluent communication between the design team, contractor and sub-contractors to ensure products are obtained and onsite for installation to meet the demanding schedule.
