Although a new restaurant owner, Lee is no stranger to culinary art. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America and graduated with high honors. From there, he went on to cook in kitchens all across America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Lee brought his interest of cross-cultural cuisine to the table when creating PAI Honolulu, as well as his desire to uplift and inspire people through aunique dining experience.
