Well I would say that 26 degrees and exterior painting is not a project you want to start today or any day . BenMoore give painters a warning to not paint in exterior weather below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. New paints don't dry correctly.

I have completed a project of a carriage house that is a piece of a colonial restoration. The owner has done all the woodworking and much more. He is a architect and this is his second restoration of a colonial. All the wood work is being rebuilt and replaced to the house. The wood work is near perfect.
Hello friends, Just finished a new pre-built Commodore home in Clinton. The walls were vinyl covered sheetrock with a random pattern texture. To insure adhesion to surface I applied a coating of STIX by INSULUX urethane bonding primer tinted to 25% color.
Then applied two coats of BenMoore Regal Select in eggshell.
Colors were: Lady Finger, Light Yellow, Pale Vista green.
