During this “time of covid 19” many patients have decreased their activity level. Even those who never exercised, at least they were getting into their cars, stepping out of their cars to go to work, or just to go anywhere. Towards the end of July I gave birth to my sweet baby boy Viraj. This was the first time I made it to full term having had my twins very prematurely.
