You don’t need a cheat day to have this delicious Certified Angus Beef ® brand Prime Pub Roast!
1.) Open & Pat Dry
2.) Apply 2 tbl. of Red Oiser Beef Marinade and Au Jus
3.) Apply ¼ cup of Palmer’s Beef Rub
4.) Sear all sides on high heat for 90 seconds
5.) Roast in oven until internal temp is to desired doneness:
•Rare: 125° F
•Medium Rare: 135° F
•Medium: 145° F
•Medium Well: 150° F
•Well Done: 160° F
