A reminder about parking!
We still offer parking validation for up to 4 hours at LAZ Parking Garage at 1500 Locust Street.
IMPORTANT: the garage is currently under some renovations and thus a sign has been placed outside saying the garage is full and only open to monthly parkers. HOWEVER an exception has been made for our patients. When you enter the garage, inform the parking attendant that you have an appointment with Dr. Doray. Make sure to say Dr. Doray, those are the magic words! You should be able to park without a problem.

Phew! It's National Stress Awareness Day. One of the biggest side effects of too much stress that we hear about in our office is teeth grinding, clenching, and jaw pain. This can add to stress itself and create damage to your teeth. Be aware of where you are holding your tension, and do some self care to relax those muscles! If the problem persists, you may want to consider getting a night guard to prevent the damage and jaw pain while you sleep - we would be happy to help you! In the mean time, breathe deep and dream of a relaxing post-pandemic life 😉
