Auto Glass Installer replace and repair glass materials in an auto, boats, and RV. Common duties for Auto Glass Installer are installing back glass heating elements, examining parts for defects prior to installation, priming scratches, removing foreign matter from damaged areas, and removing moldings and windshield wipers before installation or repair work. Installers must display assets like practical skills, knowledge of auto glass materials, dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, accuracy, detail orientation, and time management.
Minimum Qualifications
• Employee must hold a valid US work authorization and able to pass a back ground check, as well as a drug test
• Prior glass work experience preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record
