We work with remediation companies on situations like these. This house caught on fire and before re-construction begins, we vacuum out the insulation in the attic so sheetrock can be taken down without a huge mess.
A shop we sprayed foamed for a good customer in Mack, Colorado. We take pride in making sure floors, beams, doors etc are masked off to provide safety from over spray.
I sprayed this roof 15 years ago and it was time for a recoat. We raised the evaporate cooler stands, power washed , primed, foamed areas that needed attention and coated with Lapolla Thermoflex at 4.5 gallons per square which will give them a 15 year warranty.
Here is a perfect example as why to not go with the cheapest bid. Always ask for references and if they are insured.. And when they say they have insurance, tell them to prove it by providing the name and number of their insurance agent. The insurance agent should have zero problems with sending you documentation that they are insured. Have a great day!

There are reasons why it’s worth it to go with a reputable company! $500,...the real cost about $14k to fix!
This metal shop received 3" of closed cell foam and white acrylic paint over the foam. Since the customer is not going to cover the foam, the white paint helps with keeping the garage bright.

The attic crew is finishing up this new shop today.
We finished up insulating this complete gut and remodel house. Spray foam in the attic, walls and crawlspace. The owners will feel a night and day difference once they move back in 👍.
