Celebrate Labor Day in The Woodlands with a Drive-In Fireworks Display!
Due to COVID-19, the festival portion of Labor Day in The Woodlands has been cancelled for 2020. However, fireworks display will still take place. Please note this is a drive-in fireworks display only. Spectators should remain in or around their vehicles.
The 7-minute fireworks display will be launched from the northeast corner of Lake Robbins and Six Pines Drive at approximately 8:55 p.m. Designated parking areas for fireworks viewing include The Woodlands Mall (best viewing will be located near Macy's and Forever 21) and the Gold Lot at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. #ParkAtNorthgateLife

National Pumpkin Day recognizes a favored autumn decoration and food on October 26th. Pumpkin is used in a variety of recipes, competitions, and festivals.
By October 26th, we’re in a frenzy of pumpkin obsession. We cannot wait for the big November holiday for pumpkin pie. We need pumpkin everything! National Food Day focuses on healthy and nutritious food. The observance takes place annually on October 24th.
One of the themes of the day aims to help people to “Eat Real.” This theme is defined by “cutting back on sugar drinks, overly salted packaged foods and fatty, factory-farmed meats in favor of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and sustainably raised protein.” The observance involves some of the country’s most prominent food activists. Their vision includes food that can be healthy, affordable and produced. At the same time, the goal is to produce food with care for the environment, farm animals and the people who grow, harvest and serve it in mind. #ParkAtNorthgateLife

Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the 38th annual Lighting of the Doves festival!
The Lighting of the Doves festival is a long-standing tradition in The Woodlands that signifies the start of the holiday season in the community. Symbolizing peace during the holidays, the ceremonial illumination of the giant doves has attracted thousands of visitors each year.
This year's event, modified for COVID-19, will be limited to Santa's arrival to Town Green Park, the dove lighting ceremony and fireworks. No activities, vendor booths, snow play areas or concessions/beverages will be available at this year's event. #ParkAtNorthgateLife

Starting November 20 and all through the Christmas season, the Christmas tree's synchronized light and melodic presentation will astonish as it "performs" day by day consistently at the top of the hour, starting at 5:00 pm through 9:00 pm located at Market Street, 9595 Six Pines Dr., The Woodlands, TX 77380.
The current year's festival will commence Friday, November 20 at 5:00 pm, when a taped video respecting our locale's medical care laborers will make a big appearance on Market Street's web-based media channels. Supported by Texas Children's Hospital – The Woodlands and Sewell Automotive, the tree will keep on illuminating each night through December 31, 2020.
While the commencement looks a little changed for the current year to follow current CDC rules, visitors are welcome to appreciate the merry light presentation every day in Central Park from one of the checked social separation circles.
