Handwashing is always important, and during the COVID-19 pandemic it is even more critical. Protect yourself and your loved ones by washing your hands often, especially at key times when you are likely to get and spread germs, such as:
- After using the bathroom
- Before and after preparing or eating food
- After coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose
- After you have been in a public place.
