Good morning Parker Services family! As most of you could imagine, I am bombarded daily by posts and spam emails on the latest widget, the newest best practices. This morning is no different than usual. I start my day by clearing all the emails out and digging for the ones that mean something, either from our customers ( who are the best, by the way ) asking questions or vendor supply issues, and then BAM. This morning Carrier sent me one that stopped me cold. The heading was, "It is more costly to replace than to prevent." As we move into the cooler days in the weeks to come, I would encourage you all to call and either sign up or book your maintenance. Please be expecting a call soon from our Maintenace Coordinators if you're already on a plan as they are working diligently to book your maintenance and get you taken care of. We are absolutely growing faster than ever! In the coming weeks, I will be introducing anyone new as well as allowing our tenured employees to be showcased.
Todayβs employee spotlight is Donald Stephens. He is a new acquisition from the Sopchoppy area. Hailing from Houston Texas, he has 25 years of experience and he brings a wealth of knowledge with him including his many certifications.
He has enjoyed being married to his wife Jessica for 15 years as well as being a father of five and grandfather of one. He has passed on his passion for the HVAC trade to two of his sons, one of which is currently working for us, and the other is a Trane technician.
We could not be more excited to find a technician with this much experience and talent and look forward to many years working together. Please help us in welcoming him to the Parker Services family!
