CSR must be detail oriented and remain calm under pressure. Must be able to listen attentively and relay information to and from several technicians in the field. CSR will assist Dispatcher with answering multi-line telephones, scheduling technicians, assisting in processing invoices, and various other office duties. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in office of HVAC/Plumbing industry. Candidate must have experience in Word and Excel and must be able to type at least 45+ WPM. Candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. Benefits available after 60 days of employment. Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience. Hours are M-F 8a-5p

Avoid costly repairs and major headaches by following these simple steps for winterizing your spigot before the freezing temps tonight! 🥶
1) Remove your hose from the spigot. After removing the hose, untie any kinks or knots and drain all the water out of the hose. After you have drained the water and straightened out the hose, store it in a warmer location. Garages and sheds can reach freezing temps which can ruin the hose.
2) Inspect your outdoor spigot for leaks. Repair them as soon as you can. Even with just a drip, water can build up and freeze inside the pipe or fixture causing a big mess.
3) Turn off your inside supply line. After you have shut that off, turn on your spigot to drain out any existing water.
4) For extra protection, call Parkey’s to have one of our plumbers install a hose bib cover or frost-proof hose bib.
