The Sayreville Police Department is partnering with the Parlin Pharmacy to make flu shots available to our community in a safe outdoor setting.
On September 23, 2020, in the front parking lot of Sayreville Police Headquarters from 12-3pm, pharmacists will be administering flu shots to those who would like to receive one. Please bring your valid insurance card and identification. Masks will be required to participate.
Also, to expedite the process, there is an Immunization Form at Sayrevillepolice.org under the FORMS tab. It is recommended, but not required, to print and fill out this form and bring it with you.
If you have any questions regarding the flu shot, insurance coverage, or out-of-pocket costs for uninsured residents, please contact the Parlin Pharmacy directly at 733-952-3022.
