Promoting psychological wellness & spiritual wholeness in Linn & Benton Counties
The Pastoral Counseling Center of the Mid-Willamette Valley, Inc. (PCC) serves a mission to:
• promote psychological wellness and spiritual wholeness in our local communities and congregations.
• provide professional clinical and/or pastoral counseling services to individuals, couples, and families based on their need for care rather than their ability to pay.
PCC offers a range of clinical services to residents of Linn and Benton Counties (Oregon). These services include:
• personal counseling
• individual psychotherapy
• alcohol and drug counseling
• couple counseling
• pre-marital counseling
• marital counseling
• family therapy
• children’s play therapy
• parent coaching
• counselor supervision
In order to facilitate access to affordable treatment, PCC adjust fees for low-income and uninsured clients based on their monthly household resources. An ecumenical partnership of sponsor congregations supports our non-profit ministry with financial contributions, in-kind donations, and board representatives.
Our multidisciplinary team of licensed, certified, and supervised counselors delivers service from our offices in Albany, Corvallis, and Lebanon (Oregon). These clinicians, interns, and trainees represent the disciplines of:
• Psychology.
• Clinical Social Work.
• Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Professional Counseling.
• Pastoral Counseling.
Through many hours of theological education, formation, and reflection, our counselors have prepared themselves to offer psychological treatment from a pastoral perspective. In order to respect secular diversity, our counselors provide clinical services that address religious or spiritual concerns only to clients who request them.
