To get truly healthy we need to address not just what we eat but also our mindfulness and our habits. Path for Life integrates the 3-key elements essential to transform not just your health but also your relationship with food...and your Self.
Food-Knowledge, Mindfulness, and Habit-Shifting.
Nourishment is not just what is on our plate. The choices we make create the experiences we have of ourselves and through our food choices we can change our life. How? Because our nourishment is so dear to us and our food is a rather personal relationship. From the moment we are born, we seek ways to be nourished and feel safe. Through life we therefore adapt eating habits and lifestyle behavior patterns to help us avoid pain and find joy. It is human nature. The habits that come with that do not always serve us and our health well.To make changes, we need to first even become aware of how our choices affect us and see how our physical and emotional habits keep us stuck.
Changing everyday behavior is key to both long-term health but also joy and daily fulfillment. We all long to become who we really are.
In a world of stress, it is always a challenge to live in our natural rhythm and be able to listen to our own body’s wisdom. We can however learn how to be in touch with our true self, our desire to live in balance and understand our needs for nourishment.
Wholeness in health comes from the integration of body, mind, and soul. Our emotional well-being is an essential part on the path for health and it is a crucial ingredient to be able to change how we eat and live everyday. This is not an overnight turnaround. We need to deconstruct and rebuild our habits and patterns. This is a process of exploration, learning, and implementing a new perspective and ways of making choices. As we learn about new options, we can step-by-step leave behind the habits that no longer serve us and we can live in a more direct, powerful relationship with our “Self” and our nourishment.
When learning a new perspective and taking a new approach, we can integrate how to take better care of ourselves every day, live with more awareness, more choices, and more vitality. Essentially, healthy and joyful.
PATH FOR LIFE is the difference between a diet plan and a plan for how to get a healthy and nourishing relationship to food, and to yourself. This is the difference between nutrition and nourishment. My hope is for you to live a life you love.
Enjoy your Journey,
