In the early 1990's Patisserie Eguchi opened in Tokyo, Japan with a mission to produce delicious desserts with fewer calories. Mr. Eguchi combined the delights of European baking with rich Japanese flavor to create unique cakes, cookies, pastries and breads that were both tasty and healthy. He also opened his own baking school in Tokyo to share his culinary discoveries with a wide body of devoted students. Eventually, he expanded his business in South Korea. Within a year, his bakery was enormously popular and reputable.
in 2008 Patisserie Eguchi opened its first bakery in Los Angeles. Our emphasis is on custom order cakes for special occasions. Once you taste our cakes, you will become our loyal customer for life!

We also offer a wide variety of butter breads and sweet breads that are not available in other bakeries.
