Dr. Patrick McCulloch is a board-certified and fellowship-trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine physician. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program and went on to pursue a fellowship in sports medicine, arthroscopy and cartilage restoration at Rush Medical Center in Chicago.His areas of interest include acute injuries and instabilities of the shoulder, knee and hip; rotator cuff tears and shoulder arthritis; cartilage injuries and regeneration. He presently serves as a team physician for the Houston Astros and the Houston Ballet. Additionally, he is a surgical consultant to Rice University Athletics and the NASA Astronaut Corps.
