It's unseasonably warm here at our headquarters in St. Paul, MN! Usually, it's around 24°F right about now, but we could hit 50 today! Check out this video from Canadian member, Ashton Service Group of British Columbia, to get a great reminder for how to prepare homes for the changing seasons.
To all of our friends on Facebook- please start now to prepare for the extreme cold in the next few days. Make sure your crawl space vents are closed, insulate any vulnerable water pipes, and change your furnace filter now. I know people think plumbing and heating companies love these extremes but we hate them like you do. There is no possible way to take care of all of your “emergencies,” rather, what will happen is the emergencies will happen and there won’t be any way to stop them when you need them stopped.
