We promised you final pics of this gorgeous addition and here they are! Our architectural designer created this addition that looks and feels intentional to the original home. Thoughful details including the railing and stained beams customize the space. The large door system allows for easy flow from the house for extended living and enteraining. The original first floor layout and traffic flow didn't work for this young family.They wanted a more open floorplan that maximed the space and offered better sight lines throughout as well as a clear view to the backyard. We redesigned & built the space to fit their needs. Removing a load bearing wall between the kitchen and family room was key. Adding windows above the new sink location gave better views to the kids in the backyard. Converting an unused Keeping Room off the kitchen to an eat-in area made better use of the space. The kitchen itself was completely redesigned with more work space and room for friends & family to gather.
