I went to Payless in WL this morning at about 9:30 am. Everyone I saw was wearing a mask, although a few were wearing their mask incorrectly. I am so glad that WL Mayor Dennis enacted a mask-wearing mandate. I feel so much safer going to the grocery store now.

After reading through Luke 21, Liz bought some flowers and a chocolate bar for the cashier. Cashier was so shocked it took her two minutes to come to us and ask us to go to her manager and confirm that she could have it and not violate the employee’s anti-bribe clause. So then we had to explain to the manager and another two employees what we we’re doing. Our lesson to the kids? A small act of love can impact the lives of multiple people. Gospel and Groceries?
