High lift for this home in Hampton NH 18’ tall cribs . This home was sitting on the ground on a very small lot . Our crews have lifted it 10’ and excavated down 8 ‘ for a new foundation in some very tight working conditions
17’ lift for this home in Maine to get it out of the flood zone . Ready for the new FEMA compliance pier foundation

What a beautiful view for this lift! This house is located on a great spot in Rye, NH and is going to also move back off the edge of the water a little to be set back down on a FEMA compliant flood zone foundation with a small addition on the back to be added. Excavation and helical pile install being preformed by Farrell Contracting Services LLC and crew. Looking forward to the finished product!
