Most of the services we provide can be done via a secure Remote Desktop session. Don't fret your privacy is very important to us, we will never have access to your computer without your permission. For more information regarding your privacy, please view our Privacy Policy.

PC Rescue Services has launched a dedicated On-Call voice-pager line for customers who are subscribed to one of our Managed Service Products. This includes data backup and antivirus.
Why Should I Use This Service?
DATA RECOVERY – Call us late at night if you are a subscriber of our data backup service and need help Restoring or backing up a file.
ANTIVIRUS PLATFORM ASSISTANCE – If you subscribe to our Managed Antivirus product and have an alert message about a virus or other infection that is preventing you from using your computer, let us know right away.
OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES – If you believe that you have an urgent issue that needs attention right away, then page us so we can assess the situation. Please be aware that depending on the situation, an additional fee may be applied for emergency services. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis and your technician will let you know at the time of the call. Any fees are due at the time of the call.

Please note that this line should not be used to report billing issues or to make payments and such calls should be directed to our office.
Please Be Prepared to Have The Following Information Available When Paging us:
The spelling of your First and last name and (if applicable) the name of the company you represent.
Direct phone number to where you can be reached. We attempt to call you two times within an hour of your request.
A brief description of your issue (Example: “I am trying to run a virus scan on my computer and it will not allow it.”)
