🎶Then ~ Thursday, Jan 14th, we'll sit down with explore Sound Healing with Jade. From 6:30 – 8:30pm we will dive into how sound can heal....
✨We will talk about the concept of vibrational therapy, different tools and methods for healing, and how we can use something as simple as sound for relaxation and rejuvenation.
And we ALL need more of that!
