We're gonna say it...
Bibb lettuce is WAY better than Iceberg lettuce. We said it and we meant it. π₯
Aside from being 100x more flavorful, it's actually far more nutrient-dense than iceberg. It helps fuel your body!
We proudly use Bibb lettuce for our Wedge Salad, and we think it's absolutely delicious!

What makes P.E.I. mussels so special?
Well, P.E.I stands for Prince Edward Island which is where these delicious little shellfish are sourced from.
We will spare you the details of ocean climate and water content, but these mussels are just destined to be unbelievably tasty.
Any time you have P.E.I. mussels, you can expect those beautiful black shells and a sweeter, more tender taste than most other varieties of mussels.
Cook these bad boys in some garlic and white wine (hint hint...we do that π) and you are in for some life-changing flavors.
The biggest challenge with these mussels is knowing when to stop ordering more!
