When experience matters the most, we have you covered. My name is Chad Whitecotton, Certified home inspector with both InterNACHI and AHIT. While I am proud of my training and certifications (which are considered among the highest in the industry), I am also proud of my experience.
I understand homes better than most – because I have worked on them since I was a young child. My father was an electrical engineer, and from a very young age he taught me everything he could about wiring, plumbing, roofing, pouring concrete, and anything else you can think of. That time in my life brought me more experience and knowledge about a home than people twice my age, and taught me the value of honest and hard work.
Homes are in my blood – and I work diligently for every client and I use every ounce of my training and experience to bring you the best home inspection possible.
