November is Good Nutrition Month! With Thanksgiving being only 2 weeks away, here are some healthy food swaps to consider eating to promote good nutrition and oral health! Replace full-fat dips with yogurt dips, skip candied yams, and eat roasted sweet potatoes, eat whole-wheat rolls, instead of white flour rolls. You don't need to resist the holiday desserts, just choose wisely. Pumpkin pies have fewer calories than pecan pies. Skip the crust and save another 100 calories or so.🥧
