"The manager is very helpful when I moved in, apartments are bit worn, need quite a few fixes, but if your looking for a beginner apartment this is a place to go. They have washer and dryer connections, a patio, and quiet place. Just recently moved in, once it hit six months will post again. Give it a four star.
