To our PSVC Family,
First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding during these difficult months. We know it’s been hard for everyone to adjust to what we now call our “New Normal”. We also had to adjust ourselves to new regulations put forth not only by the CDC, State but the Veterinary Medical Board as well, and we appreciate you working with us as we navigate through the many changes that continue to come. Here at Pedley Square, we know how important your animals are to you and that’s why we’ve been diligent in continuing to provide the highest standard of care and keeping our doors open to you and your furry ones during these trying times.
Our biggest hurdle during these past months have been remaining as fully functional clinic, while keeping you, our clients, patients and our staff safe. As you know it looks different now and we know its been difficult for everyone. We strive to maintain our highest level of customer service possible during these times. Your voices have been heard when you say,you’re unable to reach us by phone and we have made adjustments to where you can use our “Live Chat” through our app, for all questions, concerns, make appointments and medication refills. We miss having that personal interaction with you, we consider all our clients and patients as family and with Riverside starting to open back up, we KNOW we will be able have that personal one on one interaction we all miss very soon.
Secondly, we want to thank our staff! They have been the back bone, work horses, the ones who, out of frustration been treated poorly by some these past months. Yet, they come each day to work long shifts to care for sick pets with compassion and professionalism while putting themselves at risk. Without them, we really couldn’t do what we do each day! We appreciate you guys!!!
Again, with Riverside County opening back up, we are excited to slowly and safely allow more of our clients to come in and have that in person time with us once again. We will always be committed to you and your pets no matter the crisis is at hand.

CURBSIDE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS 🚨
In response to the evolving Covid-19 situation, we have updated our appointment flow with precautionary measures
Due to the recent spike of COVID in our county we are now going back to 100% curbside to not only protect our staff but you, our loyal clients. This means that we will not be allowing clients in the hospital, the check in, exam and check out process will add additional time to your visit. Please take advantage of our " LIVE CHAT" option in the app to contact us with any of your pets' needs or questions.
There are many features that make your experience more enjoyable during these difficult times. You can order your medications and have them delivered right to your door, request an appointment, pay your bill, contact with a live person in the hospital without leaving the safety and comfort of your home.
Please follow these steps for your upcoming pet appointments:
1. Request appointments through your app or call the hospital.
2. Use the chat feature or call the hospital when you arrive for your appointment and remain inside of your vehicle
4. A care professional will come to the parking lot to bring your pet into the building for evaluation.
5. After our medical team evaluates your pet, you will receive a phone call to discuss recommendations and a plan moving forward. Verbal consent for treatment and details surrounding financial estimates will be authorized via this phone call.
6.Shortly thereafter you will receive a phone call from a team member to obtain a deposit.
We also offer Virtual payments where we send you the amount through the app and you pay right there without having to give your card number over the phone or hand it to one of our care professionals
