Here’s the news you’ve been waiting for!!!! 🎉 We are expanding!! We are staying put in our current space, and also adding a new storefront directly across the street from us. We are hoping by early November to bring you Smitten Home!! There is a lot of work to be done but we are so excited to bring a new shopping experience to Historic Springboro!! We desperately needed more space for a studio, warehouse & office... so we couldn’t resist creating a new little shoppe on the corner. We are excited for this new adventure!

5 YEARS!!!!!! 🎉 We are celebrating BIG this week!! 💗 PedZ is celebrating 5 years of ownership!!! Stacey has created a practice that is the best in Dayton and we couldn’t be prouder! We have grown our team, expanded into our new building, endured pandemics, added Doctors to our team, won the awards, treated and loved and continue to provide the very BEST pediatric dentistry that we possibly can. We are proud and hope that you’ll celebrate our birthday with us!!!

One of our favorite events is right around the corner! Our annual Give Kids A Smile Free Clinic is going to be held on Friday, February 5th, 2021. We’re planning on seeing patients from 9:30am – 2pm. The appointments will be on a first come, first serve basis like in years past. We proudly offer this day to help those who may not have dental insurance or might be under-insured. We’ll see routine hygiene appointments for dental cleanings and exams. We’ll also have treatment appointments available for same-day treatment. We anticipate having around 40 appointments available for that clinic day. We’d ask that you please call us at the office at 937-293-6387 to schedule your appointment. Based on previous years, we anticipate that the appointments will fill up fast. Our team looks forward to this day every year and we can’t wait to see you! 💗
February is National Children's Dental Health Month! It's the perfect time to brush up on the benefits of good oral health!
There are consequences to all actions. Even though what transpired is not reflective of PedZ as a whole, our entire practice will grow and heal from this.
After many conversations and meetings, we have communicated with our staff and taken the following steps of action:
-Sincere apologies have been sent to our former employee, by both Dr Stacey and the team member at fault.
-Our team member who was at fault and insensitive to our former employee will be out of the office for a 90-day probation period.
-Several office policies have been changed and communicated amongst our staff.
-Our staff will be taking a sensitivity training course. We always want all of our staff to feel safe and heard.
This has been heartbreaking, eye-opening, and disgusting. We need to focus on our team and our patients. Please proceed with kindness and help us to heal. Thank you.
Unfortunately we recently had a former employee and 20-30 of her acquaintances post awful and slanderous claims about our office and Dr Stacey. In particular, comments that we are not following COVID safety protocols. Rest assured, we are strictly following ALL Ohio Dental Association and CDC guidelines. Our office is safe, always has been, always will be. Dr Stacey never (nor any employee) worked on patients with an active COVID infection. In the event of symptoms, we quarantined for 10 days. In addition, it has been stated that we condone racism in our office. We want to be clear. We have NEVER nor ever will condone racism. There were cases of inappropriate remarks. We addressed it and corrected it immediately. There are two sides to every story. Those that truly know us and know our office know we are kind, respectful, and responsible with our patients. We appreciate your support!
