Final finishes on lower level update of this home in Beaverton. Project included removing tile, replacing sub floors, all new doors and and millwork through out the home. Upper level coming this summer.

❄️A winter storm warning has been issued from Thursday, February 11th at 12:00 PM until Friday, February 12th at 12:00 PM. The Public Works crew will be working diligently to make sure our roads are as safe as possible. IMPORTANT ROAD UPDATE!!!
From ODOT:
After last week’s weather event we’ve been working closely with our partners at PGE to support their work restoring power to the thousands of Oregonians still without it. To this end, we’ll be fully closing down I-5 in both directions between Brooks and Aurora (MP 263 to 282) tonight, Thursday Feb. 18 beginning at 11 pm. PGE crews will repair and replace powerlines that extend over the highway, which will enable power restoration to thousands of homes and businesses. For safety of both travelers as well as the crews, a full closure is necessary. Some lane closures will begin at 9:30pm with full highway closure at 11pm; we’ll begin reopening the road at 3am and expect to have the road completely open at 4:30am.
All traffic will be detoured during the closure:
· When northbound I-5 is closed at MP 263, take Exit 263 to Brooklake Road to OR99E back to northbound I-5.
· When southbound I-5 is closed at MP 282, take Exit 282A to OR 551 to OR99E back to southbound I-5.
We are extensively communicating about this closure with particular emphasis on our trucking industry partners (who represent a high volume of overnight traffic), our law enforcement/emergency response partners, and communities along the detour route. We’ll have both PGE and ODOT crews on the ground with backup equipment and heavy coordination – our goal is to get in and out as quickly as possible and to only have to do this once. Please feel free to share this information with folks who may be impacted by the full closure and please reach out with any questions.
