Project Shakespeare is complete!
Columbia Distributing now has a beautiful and functional new space in Canby. Spanning 530,000 SF on 42 acres, it's now the largest warehouse in Canby and one of the largest being built in the Portland metro region.
This concrete tilt-up houses approximately 17,000 SF of class A office space build-out with warehouse improvements consisting of 46 dock pit leveler truck bays, parking for 91 truck trailers and space for an additional 56 future dock truck bays. Also included is a 53,000 SF cooler inside of the warehouse.
Way to go team!

We are issuing a grading permit today for a major project called the T-S Corporate Park. This Trammell Crow project will ultimately consist of five new buildings totaling 535,000 square feet. It will provide the opportunity for new business and employment growth for the community, one of the key goals of the Sherwood City Council.
Since this 46 acre parcel is very visible along Tualatin Sherwood Road and 124th Avenue, we wanted to share the news as dirt begins to be moved in the coming weeks.

A critical incident unrelated to the project occurred on a Perlo job site with a medical emergency; these K&E employees acted selflessly and courageously in an unexpected situation, which resulted in preservation of life. Well done and thank you to the K&E team!
We are kicking off Perlo’s 9th Annual Share the Warmth Coat & Toy Drive benefitting the kids of Angels in the Outfield!
Our goal this year is 500 new coats & 75 toys.
Angels in the Outfield supports children in Oregon and SW Washington that have been impacted by crime, child abuse, domestic violence and more. Some of these kids have NEVER had a new coat. Please consider donating to the cause and be sure to let us know if you have any questions!

Perlo's Special Projects Group just completed this remodel of Les Schwab Tire Centers' Oregon City showroom and enclosed the existing service bay.
Completed over three phases, the team created a temporary work area for Les Schwab so they could remain open and operational throughout construction. We're proud to have completed another project for this company that does so much to support their community.
