Wear a mask when you’re in public to help slow the spread of COVID-19. When removing your mask, handle only the ear loops or ties, and fold the outside corners together to keep it clean. Be careful not to touch your eyes, nose, or mouth, and always wash your hands after removing.

The Perry County Family Practice is in the process of becoming a grantee of the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program by the CDC. The VFC is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost for children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay.

Don't miss out on the fun! Car drive through the 30th Annual Perry County Chamber Witches Walk will begin in the lot behind River Pointe Apartments, turning left on 7th Street turning right on Jefferson, ending at St. Paul's Parking lot. Each car will get a large bag of candy! Scarecrow contest will be judged by each car and we will offer a virtual costume contest on Facebook beginning at 3pm on Thursday, 22nd for various age groups!
