I know a lot of you still aren't back at the gym. Bands take up no room and are a great alternative to toning with weights. They are also a great option for travel workouts. For safety be sure to check your band each time before use for any cracks or tiny holes. If so, throw it away and buy a new band.
Where are you limiting yourself in your life? When I trained to teach yoga in 2007 I marveled at people that could do this pose and thought I "would" never be able to do it. It took me about 4 years to slowly gain the flexibility to achieve it but now look at this. I'm doing bound pigeon on a paddleboard. Many times since I have attained this goal I have taught my students to watch their languaging and limiting beliefs. We can achieve much more than we think we are capable of. Mindset, dedication, and persistence are huge. I would love for you to share anything in your life that you originally thought you would never be able to do, and then you accomplished it. Let's inspire each other with these wins!!! Dragonfly Paddle Yoga

You'll never get somewhere unless you try!. I recently saw this variation of camel pose (pic on right). I had never done this particular version before, but knew my body wasn't quite capable, so I grabbed my infinity strap and was able to do something similar. With some work and patience I know I can get there. Don't sell yourself short. Step outside your box and try something new! I'd love to hear what you would like to accomplish in your yoga practice.
