ROLL OUT YOUR FEET! It’s super simple yet so beneficial!

Most of us ignore the muscles in the bottom of our feet and that’s a shame because we walk on them all day! Tension stored in the foot can have an impact all the way up the leg into the low back. 🤯

You can use a tennis ball (or a super ball for an even deeper massage). Sit down and place the ball under your foot. Roll it around until you find a tender spot (yes, it’s probably a bit painful) hold it for 60-90 seconds, letting it soften and release, and then roll around until you find another area to treat. #hurtssogood Spend 10 minutes per foot.
