Today's featured PMSI family includes Tim Foley and Shayna Harman, father and daughter- the Sales Manager and the Office Manager for our Fairmont, WV office.
Tim has been with PMSI since 1999, acting as the sales manager for the majority of that time. If you are a customer with PMSI in the Fairmont area, chances are you have interacted with Tim....he knows EVERYONE! Tim truly leads by example, never complains no matter what obstacles are thrown his way, and never makes excuses...he just makes it happen! All of the employees at the Fairmont office look up to Tim and can count on him for any help they may need. Pete says about Tim, "Not only is he one of our best employees, hes one of my best friends." He is a true father figure in this company. There is nothing Tim loves more than being around his grandbabies, and sometimes fitting in some golf on the weekends.
Shayna joined the team in 2011 and quickly became the office manager. Shayna is incredibly hardworking, with a consistent upbeat attitude. Fairmont is an incredibly busy office, and Shayna is constantly finding ways to do their work efficiently, and always with a smile on her face. In her time at PMSI, we have seen her become a mom to two beautiful little girls, while thriving at her job. PMSI has also come to know and love her husband, AJ. Tim and Shayna run the Fairmont office flawlessly, and we could not ask for better leaders. Even though they work four hours from the corporate location, we never have to worry about what is happening up there- we know they are in great hands under these two. In her free time, Shayna likes shopping, boating, watching sports, and spending time with her daughters.
While there can only be one Shayna and Tim father daughter duo, we wish we could find more like these two! PMSI is truly lucky to know them both and we look forward to many more years with them at PMSI!

I’d be lying to say I wasn’t a little nervous to come down to Blacksburg by myself and get a business off the ground where no one had ever heard of us.
