Literally walking out of Pet Country crying as I type this...Thank you for the best 6 years of my life. This facility is home away from home. I left ALL of my problems at the door and was smiling faces the entire shift. Never felt like I was actually working as I enjoyed the task at hand. I mean c’mon I had the BEST customers and coworkers.. it’s almost disrespectful to call you guys that, so I’d rather say FAMILY. Thank you to my family at Pet Country: Brett, Katy, Jay..and to all of my customers, I thank you for entrusting me with your furry babies care... I gave every ounce of love and cared for them as if they were my own. I have watched some of your pets pass away right in front of my eyes and cried bloody murder as if it was my own baby.. I have hugged and cried with customers when they come to the shop and notify me that their baby passed away.. I will surely miss all of my babies..
I hope I have fulfilled my duty as manager here at Pet Country. Please know it was the hardest decision I’ve had to make to date. This definitely was not easy. It’s been a very emotional time. This is not a goodbye, but a see you later.
I love you, Pet Country. You’ll never understand what you’ve done for me. Till next time...✌🏼
