Hi I’m Melissa and I am the Personal Lines Account Manager. I’ve been at the agency for just over seven years and I have my insurance license in property, casualty, health, and life as well as my CISR designation. I’m originally from Decatur, but I’ve lived in the Clinton area for the past eight years. I have one daughter, Shae, who is 21 years old and two cats that are basically my other kids. One of my favorite parts of working in insurance, and especially Peterson insurance, is helping people save money. We have such great companies and lots of insurance options that make it easy for us to do comparisons and get people the best deal we can find. Plus, we get to dress up for Halloween and pass out candy and that is so much fun!! My favorite costume so far has been the year we were the Muppets! In my free time you’ll find me watching the Cubs and the Blackhawks, working on a puzzle, or spending time with my family. Go Cubs go!

I'm originally from Watseka, but have lived in Clinton since 2007.
