The Link Between Napping and Heart Health

Believe it or not, taking a quick nap once or twice a week could improve your heart health. That's according to new research from scientists at the University Hospital of Lausanne, Switzerland. Subjects who napped once or twice each week for between 5 minutes and 1 hour were also 48% less likely to suffer a heart attack.
